Bike Lady, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity licensed by the Secretary of State of Ohio and registered with the Attorney General of Ohio and in compliance with all licensure and regulations to raise funds. All donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS guidelines. Administrative costs are underwritten by founder and executive director, Katherine Ann Koch Gatch. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of all monetary donations are used to purchase bicycles, helmets and locks which are then immediately donated and transferred to Franklin County Children Services Holiday Wish program. Additional organizations that serve abused, neglected and at risk youth may be considered as recipients in the future. All physical donations such as bikes, helmets, locks are also immediately donated and transferred to Holiday Wish.

About the "Bike Lady" - Kate, 44 years old, is a resident of Gahanna, OH and a native of Grandview Heights in Columbus. She was a foster parent with Franklin County Children Services and adopted two children through the Agency. She is a single mother who works in the video streaming and rich media industry. She believes in the the unparalleled magic of the holiday season and the power of a bicycle to change a young life for the better. Ironically, she is not a cyclist.
